Platform Bed Adore Signature Off-White – 160x200 cm

The Adore Signature Platform Bed in Off-White, 160x200 cm, brings the low-sleeping trend to your bedroom: a platform bed that rests directly on the floor without legs, upholstered in thick bouclé with a woolly, three-dimensional texture. It features a rounded mushroom headboard above a base of convex, interconnected bouclé blocks.

Low sleeping: the platform bed

This bed stands directly on the floor without legs, with a frame height of 34 cm. This low silhouette, familiar from Japandi and Wabi-Sabi styles, optically adds height to your bedroom and creates a serene, tidy atmosphere.

Design that sets the tone

A striking feature is a rounded mushroom headboard above a base of convex, interconnected bouclé blocks. The storage space opens generously: the entire slatted base tilts upwards via gas springs above a deep storage compartment. The headboard is 95 cm high, 202 cm wide, and 20 cm thick.

Generous storage space under the slatted base

Underneath the sleeping surface lies the great asset of this storage bed. The entire slatted base smoothly tilts upwards thanks to powerful 1000 Newton gas springs. A safety lock holds the base open while you retrieve or store bedding. The storage space covers almost the entire bed surface: ideal for duvets, pillows, and seasonal items.

Choose your own mattress

This version is supplied as a bed frame without a mattress, allowing you to choose your ideal 160x200 cm mattress. A mattress approximately 20 to 26 cm thick will look best in proportion. Do you already have a good mattress? Then it can simply move with you.

Fabric, color, and finish

The color is light ivory-white with a warm undertone. Off-white brightens your bedroom and fits almost any style. The bed is fully upholstered all around.

Dimensions that fit

The queen-size of 160x200 cm is the most popular among double beds in the Netherlands: spacious for two, fitting in most bedrooms. Good to know: 160x200 cm is the mattress size. For the complete bed, count on approximately 202 cm wide. So measure your bedroom to ensure this statement piece gets the space it deserves. The bed can bear a weight of up to 130 kg per person. This makes it a full-fledged bed with storage space: sleeping and storing in a low bed frame.

How to keep it beautiful

The woven fabric requires little maintenance: regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment is sufficient. Dab stains immediately with a lightly damp cloth, without rubbing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Signature fit through my door and up the stairs?
Yes. The bed is delivered in separate parts and to your home by appointment, so even the 160x200 cm version will reach your bedroom.

Which mattress fits this platform bed?
Any 160x200 cm mattress will fit. For the most beautiful proportion with the low frame, we recommend a thickness of 20 to 26 cm. So you can often continue to use your current mattress.

How do I open the storage space?
You lift the slatted base at the foot end; the 1000 Newton gas springs do the heavy work, and the lock holds the base safely open.
