Decorative stitching lines run along the seat and backrest, refining the design, and the sides of the armrests are also finished with stitching. The sofa rests on low, flat matte black metal legs. This makes it appear to float and keeps your floor visible, which optically enlarges the space.

The configuration consists of a 2.5-seater with the chaise lounge on the left, together providing seating for four to five people. With a seat height of 41 cm, it's easy to get up, and the seat depth of 61 cm gives you plenty of room to sink back. The upholstery is Torre 02, a soft velvet in a warm beige shade. Velvet owes its appeal to the short pile that catches the light, giving the color depth and making it look slightly different from every angle. The fabric is 100% polyester and can withstand up to 100,000 abrasion cycles, meaning it retains its beautiful appearance even in a busy household. Despite its durability, the velvet remains soft to the touch.

What is the Floris made of?

The internal structure consists of a solid beech wood frame. It contains No-Sag springs, a system of continuous steel springs that distributes your weight across the entire seating area and prevents the sofa from sagging in one spot. The loose seat cushions are filled with cold foam H4 and finished with a layer of Dacron, which makes them resilient and soft. The backrest is fixed and therefore always stays neatly in shape. The construction comes with a 5-year warranty.

How do you care for a velvet sofa?

Brush the velvet occasionally with a soft clothing brush in the direction of the pile. If a pressure mark appears, brush against the pile and allow the fibers some time to spring back. Immediately blot up spilled liquids with a dry cloth and never let them soak in. For stains, use a cleaner suitable for velvet. Keep the sofa out of strong direct sunlight to preserve its color.
