A Strelitzia immediately draws attention, even as an artificial plant. Its wide, elongated leaves give any space a tropical and confident character. This is a plant that demands its place in the home without you having to do anything for it.

The leaves are made of Real Touch material, mimicking the firmness and texture of real Strelitzia leaves. The trunk is made of real wood, with bark and bamboo details that give the plant a natural look. This makes the plant look just as convincing up close as it does from a distance.

With a height of 150 cm, this Strelitzia is perfect next to the sofa, in a living room corner, or as a green divider in the room. Would you prefer a larger version? Also check out the 180 cm Strelitzia or the 200 cm Strelitzia.

The Strelitzia fits perfectly into an urban jungle, modern, or bohemian interior. Combine it with natural tones, rattan furniture, or concrete-look surfaces for a cohesive atmosphere. Other plants that fit well with the same atmosphere are the Monstera, the Areca palm, and the Kentia palm.

After unpacking, you can easily bend the branches and leaves into the desired position. With normal use, this artificial plant will last at least 10 to 15 years. Do not place it in direct sunlight to prevent discoloration, and occasionally remove dust with a soft cloth.

About this plant as an artificial plant

The Strelitzia, also known as the bird of paradise plant, originates from South Africa. In nature, the plant stands out with its striking flowers, but its large, leathery leaves also have their own beauty. It is precisely these leaves that make the Strelitzia so popular as a houseplant. As an artificial version, you can enjoy that tropical silhouette all year round, without the plant needing water, light, or attention.

Practical questions

Can this artificial plant be placed outdoors? On a covered veranda or in a conservatory, certainly, but fully exposed to the elements is not recommended. That significantly shortens the lifespan of the materials. How should you clean the plant? A soft, slightly damp cloth is sufficient to remove dust from the leaves. Do not use cleaning agents, as they can damage the material.
