Platform Bed Adore Business Beige – 160x200 cm – Incl. Mattress

Low, serene, and sculptural: the Adore Business Beige Platform Bed is a 160x200 cm platform bed featuring an extra-wide platform. The frame extends 40 cm on both sides as generous side borders, immediately commanding attention. The upholstery of teddy bouclé with a soft, matte texture completes its architecturally minimalist character.

A bed without legs

This bed rests directly on the floor without legs, with a frame height of 31 cm and a sleeping height of 47 cm. A low bed feels secure and makes your mattress the focal point of the room. The frame extends 40 cm per side, giving the platform its generous, framed character.

The headboard takes center stage

A distinctive feature of this model is its extra-wide platform: the frame extends 40 cm on both sides as generous side borders. The wide headboard block, 40 cm thick, and the thick side borders give the bed a monumental, architectural presence. What's more, the wide borders also serve as convenient surfaces for placing and setting down items. The headboard is 70 cm high, 240 cm wide, and 40 cm thick. It comes in two parts, which is practical for narrow staircases and doorways.

Footboard included

The included footboard (25 cm thick) completes the platform all around, giving the bed its monumental, symmetrical appearance.

Slatted bases included

This platform bed comes with two separate slatted bases. The resilient slats support your mattress and ensure ventilation underneath, which is important for a fresh and dry bed.

Adore mattress included

This version includes the matching Adore pocket spring mattress, 26 cm high. With 500 pocket springs per m2, divided into 7 comfort zones, your body is supported in exactly the right places. The core combines 13 cm of pocket springs with 5 cm of hybrid cold foam HR50 on both sides, for resilience and pressure relief in one. The sleeping comfort is firm, and the Tencel, removable, and washable ticking keeps you effortlessly fresh.

Fresh and anti-allergenic

The Adore mattress is dust mite repellent, and the entire frame is finished with an anti-allergenic treatment. This gives dust mites and common allergens little chance, allowing you to wake up feeling fresher.

Materials and finish

The hue is best described as a warm off-white, leaning towards ivory. This warm shade effortlessly combines with linen, light wood, and green. Everything is fully upholstered all around. Between the frame and the fabric is a layer of polyether foam with dacron polyester, which makes the upholstery soft and full.

Sizes at a glance

With a width of 160 cm, two people can sleep comfortably; a 160x200 cm double bed is the most popular size for a reason. When measuring, note the difference between mattress size and bed size: the mattress measures 160x200 cm, but allow for approximately 240 cm wide and 265 cm long for the complete bed. The bed can support up to 130 kg per person. This way, you create an upholstered bed that, as a low bed frame, brings complete tranquility to your bedroom.

How to keep it beautiful

This woolen fabric requires little maintenance: vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and keep the fabric lint-free. Blot stains immediately with a lightly damp cloth, without rubbing. Air your mattress regularly to keep it fresh longer.
