Platform Bed Adore Classic Anthracite – 160x200 cm – Incl. Mattress

Low, serene, and sculptural: the Adore Classic Anthracite Platform Bed is a 160x200 cm platform bed that immediately catches the eye with a low headboard featuring vertical channel stitching that extends all around. The teddy bouclé upholstery with a soft, matte texture completes its modern Japandi character.

A bed without legs

This bed rests directly on the floor without legs, with a frame height of 28 cm and a sleeping height of 28 cm. A low bed feels safe and makes your mattress the focal point of the room.

The headboard takes center stage

Characteristic of this model is a low headboard with vertical channel stitching that extends all around. The channel pattern gives the low silhouette rhythm and depth, from headboard to footboard. The headboard is 75 cm high, 217 cm wide, and 18 cm thick.

Includes slatted bases

This platform bed comes with two separate slatted bases. The resilient slats support your mattress and ensure ventilation underneath, which is important for a fresh and dry bed. The slatted bases are recessed 15 cm into the frame, so your mattress stays firmly in place.

Includes Adore mattress

This version includes the matching 26 cm high Adore pocket spring mattress. With 500 pocket springs per m2, divided into 7 comfort zones, your body is supported in exactly the right places. The core combines 13 cm pocket springs with 5 cm hybrid HR50 cold foam on both sides, for resilience and pressure relief in one. The sleeping comfort is firm, and the Tencel cover, which is removable and washable, effortlessly keeps you fresh.

Fresh and anti-allergenic

The Adore mattress is dust mite repellent, and the entire frame has an anti-allergen finish. This gives dust mites and common allergens little chance, allowing you to wake up feeling fresher.

Materials and finish

The shade is best described as deep anthracite grey, uniform and matte. Anthracite creates a stark contrast with white bedding and warm wood tones. Everything is fully upholstered all around. Between the frame and the fabric is a layer of polyether foam with dacron polyester, which makes the upholstery soft and full.

The dimensions at a glance

With a width of 160 cm, two people can sleep comfortably; a double bed of 160x200 cm is the most chosen size for a reason. When measuring, note the difference between mattress size and bed size: the mattress measures 160x200 cm, but for the complete bed, calculate approximately 217 cm wide and 228 cm long. The bed can bear a load of up to 130 kg per person. This way, you set up an upholstered bed that, as a low bed frame, brings tranquility to your bedroom.

How to keep it beautiful

This woolly fabric requires little: vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and keep the fabric lint-free. Dab stains immediately with a slightly damp cloth, without rubbing. Air your mattress regularly to keep it fresh longer.
