The Stix is no ordinary fireplace: it is a sculpture of stainless steel tubes leaning against each other, like a campfire frozen in time. Designed by Barcelona designer Hiroshi Tsunoda, the Stix combines an award-winning geometric design with a living, open fire. The black version gives the Stix a sleeker, less industrial character than the shiny stainless steel version, making it less conspicuous when the fire is out. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, without a flue or installation.

Design and appearance

The Stix consists of tubular steel rods of various lengths that form a visually striking whole. The fire burns visibly between the tubes, evoking the atmosphere of a real campfire. In the small version, the Stix is 55.6 cm wide and 78 cm high, a size that fits well on a terrace or in a living room without the fireplace filling the entire space. The weight of 30.9 kilos also makes the fireplace easy to move, from terrace to living room and back.

Open fire on bioethanol

The Stix runs on bioethanol and provides a living, open flame without smoke or soot. No chimney, gas connection, or electricity is needed. To extinguish, place the closing pin on the burner. Refill with the supplied jerrycan and bottle adapter.

Can be used indoors and outdoors

The Stix is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use as standard, without extra cost or adaptation. This makes it equally at home on a spacious terrace as in a high living room or loft, as a defining centerpiece of the space.

Safe and easy to use

You place the Stix yourself, without an installer or connection. Maintenance is minimal: no ash or soot is released. The included black glass charcoal adds the atmospheric image of a real fire pit without actually burning wood.

The Stix comes complete with a long lighter, closing pin for the burner, a 5-liter jerrycan, a bioethanol bottle adapter, and black glass charcoal for creating an atmospheric fire bowl.
