Underneath the faux leather upholstery is a sturdy 8 mm chipboard core, with a foam layer that tapers from thin to thick, up to 2.5 cm at its thickest point. The faux leather itself is Oeko-Tex certified, meaning it is completely odor and emission-free and safe for any room.

Quality and properties

Faux leather is the most low-maintenance of the three upholstery fabrics: a damp cloth is enough to remove stains. The finish is UV-resistant, so the color remains vibrant, and the material is durable and resistant to daily use. This panel also dampens sound and insulates, functioning as an acoustic panel.

Dimensions and assembly

This rectangular panel is available in multiple sizes, from compact formats for a subtle accent to larger panels for a dominant wall feature. Expect about 4 to 6 panels for an average double bed.
