Warm grey tones, a deep layered structure. The TIMBERWOLF has the look of a wolf without being one. This is a throw that adds warmth without being overtly present.

What sets the TIMBERWOLF apart is its material composition: 60% modacrylic and 40% polyester. Modacrylic gives the material more volume, structure, and fur depth than pure polyester can offer. The result is a throw that lies fuller and retains its shape longer.

Drape it over a light grey sofa or a sand-colored linen armchair. The grey tone acts as a connecting color between warm and cool shades, making it fit in almost any living room. Over the foot of your bed, it gives a calm, neat appearance.

Winterhome consciously chooses synthetic fibers like modacrylic, not as a compromise, but because they are more resistant to daily use, easy to wash, and completely free of animal materials. A Swiss quality standard reflected in every detail.

Grey throw for the living room

Grey is the safest choice that simultaneously offers the most possibilities. A grey faux fur throw like the TIMBERWOLF fits into almost any interior, from minimalist Scandinavian to warmer country styles. Combine with ocher yellow, terracotta, or moss green cushions for a more vibrant ensemble.

Faux fur blanket, material differences explained

Faux fur typically consists of polyester, polyacrylic, or modacrylic, or a combination. Pure polyester is light and soft; modacrylic gives more texture depth and fur-like volume. The TIMBERWOLF combines both for a throw that looks and feels convincing.

Buying a sofa throw for daily use

A good sofa throw is soft, washable, and large enough to truly nestle into. 140 x 200 cm is the ideal size for a two-seater sofa or spacious armchair. The TIMBERWOLF from Winterhome is machine washable and retains its texture after repeated washing.
