The Cremona 2 upholstery is a heavily woven chenille made of 100% polyester with a fabric weight of 465 g/m². In chenille, fibers are bound perpendicularly to a core thread, giving the surface a characteristic softness and rich color depth that is difficult to achieve with other fabrics. The Martindale abrasion resistance is 60,000 to 70,000 cycles — making Cremona 2 exceptionally hard-wearing and suitable for intensive daily use. Even more impressive is the pilling score of 5 out of 5: the maximum achievable result, which means that the fabric surface shows hardly any pilling or fiber loss even after years of use.
Vacuum the chenille upholstery regularly with a soft brush attachment along the direction of the fibers — never across them. Dab fresh stains immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel and never rub, as this will damage the chenille structure. Remove more stubborn stains with a damp cloth, lukewarm water, and a mild detergent in light, circular motions. Always let the fabric air dry naturally — never use a tumble dryer or heat source, as heat can damage the polyester fibers. Avoid strong detergents, bleaches, and excessive wetting.

Hoe onderhoud ik de chenille bekleding?
De bekleding is chenille (Cremona 02). De stof is getest op 6.000.070.000 Martindale-toeren. wat hem geschikt maakt voor intensief dagelijks gebruik. Onderhoud: regelmatig stofzuigen met een zacht borstelmondstuk; vlekken direct deppen met een licht vochtige doek, niet wrijven.
Wat betekent links of rechts bij een hoekbank?
Ga vóór de bank staan en kijk ernaar. Zit de chaise longue (het lange, lage deel) aan je linkerhand, dan is het een hoekbank links; aan je rechterhand een hoekbank rechts. Bij L+R kun je het losse deel aan beide kanten zetten. Stuur ons gerust een tekening van je kamer, dan denken we mee.
Welke stof past bij mij?
