Cocktail & Bar Glasses by Zwiesel Glas — Elevate Your Home Bar
A good home bar needs more than just good drinks. The glass determines the first impression, the ambiance, and even the taste experience. A coupe for a Daiquiri, a tall glass for a gin and tonic with a lemon slice and a sprig of rosemary, a martini glass for a Bond moment — each glass has its own character and function.
Zwiesel Glas cocktail and bar glasses are made from Tritan® crystal: resistant to the daily use of an active bar. TÜV certified for durability — they still look new even after years.
Which cocktail glass for which drink?
The cocktail coupe is the wide, shallow bowl you know from champagne cocktails, Margaritas, and Daiquiris. The martini glass is the classic V-shape for Martini, Cosmopolitan, or Manhattan. The gin and tonic glass from the Echo series is generously sized: enough room for ice, tonic, and garnish. Combine your bar series with the matching whisky and spirits glasses for a complete home bar. Or check out the long drink glasses and tumblers as an addition for mocktails.
The Echo bar series: one line, every glass
The Echo series from Zwiesel Glas was specially developed as a complete bar series. The distinctive wave pattern in the base gives each glass character. You'll find a cocktail coupe, gin and tonic glass, whisky glass, and all-purpose wine glass in it — so your guests will all have the same design pattern on the table.
Frequently asked questions about cocktail glasses
What is the difference between a coupe and a martini glass?
A coupe has a wide, shallow, round bowl. A martini glass has a sharp V-shape with a pointed bottom. Both are suitable for cocktails without ice, but the coupe is more elegant and less prone to spilling.
Which glass do I use for a gin and tonic?
Ideally, a large, wide glass with a stem — so there's room for ice, tonic, and garnish. The Echo gin and tonic glasses (0.63 L) are perfectly designed for this.
Can I put cocktail glasses in the dishwasher?
Yes. All Zwiesel Glas cocktail glasses are dishwasher safe. Use a mild program for the best results.
