Design and Appearance
The Stratford features the classic, rectangular stove shape with a black steel casing that fits well in both country and modern living rooms. With a width of 50 cm, a depth of 33 cm, and a height of 59 cm, this is a compact model that also looks great in smaller spaces. The viewing opening is single-sided: you look straight at it, just like a regular stove. The ceramic log set is included as standard and gives the firebox an authentic look.
E-VR Flame Technology
The Stratford uses Celsi's E-VR Flame Projection Technology. This projects the flame effect at three points simultaneously: the front, center, and back of the fuel bed. This makes the fire look deep and three-dimensional, instead of a flat LED screen that you can see from the side. The result is a flame effect that is just as convincing up close as it is from a distance.
16 Colors and Over 100 Combinations
That the Stratford is electric means you can fully customize the fire image. You have 16 preset color presets and over 100 combinations to set the flame, logs, and ember bed separately. Do you want a warm, classic orange flame or rather a cool blue glow? Both are possible. The Stratford can be controlled via the included remote control, via the Celsi App on your phone or tablet, and via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. In addition to the remote control, the app also offers a 7-day timer that allows you to automatically turn on the stove at a time you set. Heating with Thermostat
The Stratford has two heat settings: 1 kW low and 2 kW high. The built-in thermostat automatically switches off the heating as soon as the room temperature reaches the desired value and switches back on when it cools down. You set the target temperature via the remote control or the app. The flame effect always remains on independently, even when the heating is off. Thanks to the A+++ energy label, energy consumption in standby mode is minimal.
Safe and Easy to Use
The Stratford has no open flame and no hot parts that you can touch. The ventilation opening can get warm when the heating is on, but the model is equipped with automatic overheating protection that switches off the heating if necessary. The fan then continues to run for a while to cool down the stove. The remote control also has a child lock built in.

The second box contains the ceramic log set that you place in the firebox yourself. You need 3 AAA batteries for the remote control; these are not included with the stove. The Stratford uses E-VR Flame Projection Technology, an advanced LED projection system that displays the flame effect in three positions simultaneously: front, middle, and rear in the fuel bed. This gives depth and movement to the flame, making the effect much more realistic than a simple LED strip. Combined with the hand-finished ceramic log set that comes standard, the Stratford is almost indistinguishable from a real wood-burning stove.
How many ways can I control the Stratford?
In four ways: via the buttons on the device itself, via the included remote control, via the Celsi app on your smartphone or tablet (iOS and Android), or via voice commands with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
How do I set the flame color?
Via the remote control or the Celsi app, you can choose from 16 preset color combinations. You can adjust the color of the flames, logs, and ember bed separately, resulting in more than 100 unique combinations. Don't want to choose yourself? Turn on animation mode: the fireplace will then slowly cycle through all colors itself.
Can I leave the flame effect on without heating?
Yes. The LED flame effect and the heating work completely independently. Via the HEATER button, you can set the heating to low (1 kW), high (2 kW), or completely off. The flame effect remains on. Ideal for summer or if you only want atmosphere without extra heat.
How does the 7-day timer work?
Via the Celsi app, you can set when the fireplace turns on and off for each day and time. The adaptive mode also ensures that the fireplace switches on up to 10 minutes earlier if the room temperature is not yet at the desired level at the set time.
How do I connect the Stratford to Alexa or Google Assistant?
First, connect the fireplace to your Wi-Fi network via the Celsi app. Then add the Celsi skill in the Alexa app or the Celsi action in Google Home. You can then control the fireplace with voice commands.
How much power does the Stratford consume?
The auxiliary power consumption of LED lighting and fan is 32 watts during operation. The heating power is adjustable to 1 kW or 2 kW. In standby, the fireplace consumes 1.5 watts. Energy label A+++.
Is the Stratford safe if I have children or pets?
There is no open flame and no flammable fuel. Via the remote control, you activate the child lock by pressing and holding the on/off button for five seconds. Children younger than 3 years old should never be near the fireplace unsupervised.
What do I do if the heating suddenly turns off?
The Stratford has automatic thermal protection. If the fireplace gets too hot, the heating switches off while the fan continues to run. As soon as the temperature drops, the heating automatically switches on again. Check that the air inlets and outlets at the bottom are clear.
Does the Stratford need a chimney?
No. The Stratford runs on electricity and produces no smoke, soot, or CO2. Just plug it into a 230V outlet and you're ready.
How do I make the Stratford even more realistic?
The fireplace comes standard with a ceramic log set and crystal embers. Optionally, you can add the PureFlames Real Logs Stove made of real burnt wood, Luxury Base Decoration of charred stones, Fireglass Amber/Black for a glowing effect, or a decorative flue pipe for a classic stove look.
What is the warranty?
