The tabletop determines the character of your dining table. Solid oak in natural, black or brown, in round, oval, Danish oval and organic shapes from 110 to 280 cm. Can be ordered separately, or as part of a dining table that you assemble yourself.
A good tabletop lasts for generations. In this collection, you'll find individual tabletops made from solid European oak with an FSC certificate, 3 cm thick, and finished with a refined bevelled edge that elegantly tapers the edge. This makes even a 280 cm top look light and elegant. Each top comes from Starfurn's well-known Ferris or Cloud series and can be ordered separately, for example, as a replacement for an existing top or as the basis for a table you assemble yourself.
Four shapes, each with its own character
Round
The round top has no end sides, so everyone sits equally close together and you can walk freely around it. Available in 110, 130, and 150 cm diameter, for 4 to 6 people. Ideal for more compact dining rooms and open kitchens.
Oval
The oval top combines the length of a rectangular table with soft, continuous lines. From 180 to 280 cm, for 4 to 10 people. The most versatile shape in the collection.
Danish Oval
Straight sides with softly rounded ends. This gives you more surface area per person than a classic oval, and you can comfortably sit at the ends too. Available from 180 to 280 cm.
Organic (Cloud)
The Cloud top is asymmetrically shaped: no two sides are alike. A sculptural design that breaks with straight lines and turns your dining room into a design statement. From 180 to 280 cm.
Natural, black, or brown oak
Each top is available in three colors. Natural keeps your dining room light and airy, with a warm honey hue and visible grain that suits Scandinavian and Japandi interiors. Black provides a sleek, graphic character where the wood grain remains subtly visible. Brown has a rich, saturated glow that combines beautifully with cognac leather, brass accents, and deep wall colors.
Complete with a table leg
A tabletop only becomes a dining table with the right base. In our collection of table legs, you'll find steel legs in sand, black, and bronze: from the iconic matrix leg to the elegant Y-leg, the sturdy cross leg, and the round column leg. Do you want to combine the top and leg at once with the right price, photo, and delivery time? Then go to assemble your dining table and design your table in four steps. All complete models with starting prices can be found in the collection of customizable dining tables.

Frequently asked questions about tabletops
What size tabletop do I need?
Allow approximately 70 cm of table width per person and maintain at least 90 cm of walking space around the table. Measure your free floor area and subtract 90 cm from all sides: what remains is the maximum comfortable top size.
How thick are the tabletops?
All tops are 3 cm thick and finished with a bevelled edge, where the edge tapers downwards. This makes the top feel sturdy yet look light.
Does every table leg fit every top?
Not every combination is equally suitable. Round tops require a column leg or round matrix leg, longer oval and Danish oval tops require a matrix leg of the correct length, a Y-leg, or a cross leg. When assembling, we only show the legs that fit in terms of size and support surface for each top.
Can I use a top with my existing base?
Yes, provided the dimensions are correct. Check the width and length of the top relative to your base and ensure that the attachment points fall within the top surface. Leave enough overhang on each side for chairs to fit comfortably underneath.
Is the top delivered assembled?
The tabletop is delivered as a separate top. If you order a table leg with it, it will arrive assembled; you simply attach the top to it with the included mounting plate.
