Kan ik meerdere namen/varianten in één order?
Ja, voeg per variant een item toe aan je winkelwagen of gebruik (indien beschikbaar) een varianten-upload.
Is de live-preview mijn drukproef?
Ja, die fungeert als visuele proof. Controleer positie, spelling en randen voor je bestelt.
Kan ik nog wijzigen na bestellen?
Zolang de order niet in productie staat soms wel; neem direct contact op.
Levering
Wat is de levertijd?
Verschilt per product/aantal. De actuele levertijd zie je in de winkelwagen/checkout.
Is een spoedlevering ook mogelijk?
Vaak wel. Geef je deadline door; we checken de haalbaarheid en eventuele spoedtoeslag.
Wat zijn de verzendkosten?
Automatisch berekend op basis van product & aantal en zichtbaar in checkout.
Retourneren
Kan ik gepersonaliseerde producten retourneren?
Nee, ze worden speciaal voor jou gemaakt. Uitzondering: fout of schade.
Kan ik na aankoop annuleren of aanpassen?
Na start productie meestal niet. Neem zo snel mogelijk contact op.
Kwaliteit
Komen kleuren 1-op-1 overeen met mijn scherm?
We streven naar kleurechtheid, maar kleine verschillen tussen RGB-scherm en print zijn normaal.
Quality & production
We print customised products such as home accessories and wall decorations ourselves, using modern techniques (such as sublimation, DTF/DTG or UV, depending on the material) for sharp details and durable colours. Small colour deviations may occur between your screen (RGB) and print (print profiles).
File delivery
For the best result, use SVG, PDF or PNG (300 dpi) with a transparent background where necessary. Keep text a minimum of 8 pt in the print, respect the safety margins and do not place important elements too close to the edge.
Delivery time & shipping
On-demand items generally require a little extra production time. The most current delivery time and shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart/checkout — this may vary per product and quantity.
Returns & changes
Because personalised products are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. Did you receive an item with a production error or transport damage? Report this within 48 hours with photos: we will resolve it quickly and properly.
Business & larger quantities
Logo products, business gifts or events? We offer volume discounts, sample options and a VAT invoice. Send us your wishes (quantities, deadline, file format) and we will help you think about material and printing technique.
