Design that sets the tone

The eye-catcher of the Essence is an organically curved headboard with an almost semicircular top. Sleek, smooth surfaces without tufting let the sculptural arch speak for itself. The headboard is 120 cm high and a total of 170 cm wide.

Storage space where you don't see it

The real surprise is under the mattress. The slatted base is split into a left and right half, each with its own gas springs. You look into two spacious compartments for duvets and pillows.

The mattress: the core of your night's rest

The included Pocket HR mattress is 27 cm high. The core combines 13 cm pocket springs with 5 cm cold foam on both sides, for resilience and pressure relief. With 500 pocket springs per m2, divided into 7 comfort zones, your body is supported in exactly the right places. The lying comfort is medium to firm: firm enough for your back, with sufficient flexibility for shoulders and hips. Suitable for side sleepers, back sleepers and stomach sleepers.

That little bit of extra comfort

The 6 cm topper is integrated directly into the mattress. No loose mattress topper that shifts, but that extra soft top layer every night. Mattress stoppers and an anti-slip bottom keep everything in place.

Sleep fresh, even with an allergy

Do you suffer from a dust mite allergy or a sensitive respiratory tract? The mattress of this bed is anti-allergenic and dust mite resistant. The dense mattress construction gives dust mites little chance, for a fresher night's sleep.

Materials and finish

The shade is best described as warm sand beige with a light cream undertone. Vertical channel stitching across the entire side of the divan base forms a nice contrast with the soft arch. The whole rests on slender black legs of 12 cm. The bed is fully upholstered, including the divan base.

The sizes at a glance

With a width of 160 cm, two people sleep comfortably; this queen-size is the most chosen double size for a reason. The sleeping height of 63 cm makes getting in and out extra comfortable. The divan base is 25 cm high. The bed can bear a load of up to 130 kg per person.
