The headboard as an eye-catcher

This model has a flat headboard with a full grid of pressed tufted buttons. The same button pattern returns on the base and the low footboard, for a completely uniform look. The headboard is 110 cm high and a total of 140 cm wide.

Smart storage under your mattress

Underneath the sleeping surface lies the great asset of this storage bed. The bed opens on the long side: two mattress sections each fold up separately via gas springs. This way, you can access the large open storage space per half, without having to empty the entire bed. Depending on how you stack, about 840 liters of duvets, pillows, and seasonal items can fit.

Anti-allergenic and dust mite resistant

Good news for sensitive sleepers: the mattress is dust mite resistant and latex-free, wool-free, and rubber-free. This gives dust mites and common allergens little chance, allowing you to wake up feeling fresher, even during pollen season.

Fabric, color, and finish

The color is cool dark anthracite grey, uniform throughout the entire bed. The low footboard beautifully finishes the bed and keeps your duvet neatly in place. The whole rests on square metal legs in silver chrome of 12 cm. The bed is fully upholstered, including the base.

Dimensions and load capacity

With a width of 140 cm, this is a compact small double, also called a "twijfelaar" (a bed for one person that can accommodate two if necessary): generous for one person, snug for two. The sleeping height of 66 cm makes getting in and out extra comfortable. The bed has a load capacity of up to 130 kg per person.

Your new storage divan bed will be delivered for free. We schedule delivery by appointment, so the bed arrives when it suits you. Would you also like the bed to be assembled in your home? Assembly is available upon request. The Shurgard comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
