Thanks to the melange effect, the material has a lively, three-dimensional structure that looks different in every light. Thicker weft threads are brushed after weaving, bringing loose fibers to the surface and making the fabric feel soft and pleasant. The back is reinforced with a fleece layer for extra stability. With 92% polyester and 8% polyamide at a weight of 315 g/m² and a Martindale abrasion resistance of 40,000 cycles, this upholstery is ready for intensive daily use.

The Borg fabric collection carries the OEKO-TEX certification, a guarantee that the material is free from harmful substances and safe for daily family use. Production is PFC-free: no harmful fluorine compounds, and the dye is already incorporated into the raw material so that no water is needed for the dyeing process. This water-free production process ensures exceptionally colorfast upholstery that is resistant to UV light and washing.
