Platform Bed Melody Pearl Beige – 160x200 cm – Incl. Mattress

Low, serene, and sculptural: the Melody Pearl Beige Platform Bed is a 160x200 cm platform bed with a low platform featuring thick vertical ribs of soft ribbed teddy fabric, immediately drawing attention with a row of playful bobbles along the edges. The upholstery of thick ribbed teddy fabric (faux fur), 430 grams per m2, completes the warm Scandinavian character.

A bed without legs

This bed rests directly on the floor without legs, with a frame height of 34 cm and a sleeping height of 49 cm. A low bed feels secure and makes your mattress the focal point of the room.

The headboard in the spotlight

Characteristic of this model is a low platform with thick vertical ribs of soft ribbed teddy fabric, with a row of playful bobbles along the edges. The wide ribbed structure, soft as faux fur, extends around the entire platform, making the bed a tactile statement. The headboard is 86 cm high, 202 cm wide, and 20 cm thick.

Smart storage in the platform

The surprise is under the base. The complete slatted base smoothly tilts upwards thanks to powerful 1000 Newton gas springs. A safety lock holds the base open while you grab or store bedding. The storage space covers almost the entire bed surface: ideal for duvets, pillows, and seasonal items.

Includes Adore mattress

This version includes the matching Adore pocket spring mattress, 26 cm high. With 500 pocket springs per m2, divided into 7 comfort zones, your body is supported in exactly the right places. The core combines 13 cm of pocket springs with 5 cm of hybrid cold foam HR50 on both sides, for resilience and pressure relief in one. The sleeping comfort is firm, and the Tencel, removable and washable cover effortlessly keeps you fresh.

Fresh and anti-allergenic

The Adore mattress is dust mite resistant, and the entire frame is finished to be anti-allergenic. This gives dust mites and common allergens little chance, and you wake up fresher.

Materials and finish

The shade is best described as warm pearl white with a light cream undertone. Pearl beige combines beautifully with soft earth tones, wood, and white. Everything is fully upholstered all around. Between the frame and the fabric is a layer of polyether foam with dacron polyester, which makes the upholstery soft and full.

Dimensions at a glance

With a width of 160 cm, two people can sleep comfortably; a double bed of 160x200 cm is the most chosen size for a reason. When measuring, pay attention to the difference between mattress size and bed size: the mattress measures 160x200 cm, but for the complete bed, allow for approximately 200 cm wide and 240 cm long. The bed can support up to 130 kg per person. This low bed frame thus combines two desires: a bed with storage space that also looks beautiful.

How to keep it beautiful

This woolly fabric requires little maintenance: vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment and keep the fabric lint-free. Dab stains immediately with a slightly damp cloth, without rubbing. Air your mattress regularly to keep it fresh longer.
